🔵 Every merchant is informed that you will follow all the guidelines given below🔵
1. Merchant's own Biometric Authentication ID will be disabled for 24 hours if it is mismatched three times.
2. Notifying the merchant that it is mandatory for you to maintain a transaction register.
3. If biometric authentication is missed for the first time, try changing the finger.
4. Merchant or Customer Biometric Authentication Repeated Miss Matches, and More than Three Tries Your Biometric Device is Inactive. may be blocked.
5. Every merchant must give his finger or authentication before doing the transaction ie (each time the merchant gives his fingerprint and then give the fingerprint of the customer) before withdrawing the money of a customer can withdraw the money of that customer with two factor authentication. The duration of fingerprint of merchant hand will be three minutes i.e. after three minutes this fingerprint will expire.
6. The two factor authentication device i.e. Morpho, Mantra, Statrek with any fingerprint, whenever the two factor authentication is done on that device but it has to work all day i.e. the same device cannot be used in different systems till midnight but it will show the option of multiple use i.e. You need to work on the same device as the fingerprint you are logging in with.
7. Do not press the fingers too hard or too lightly as this may not detect the correctness of the biometric so the device may be blocked by UIDAI.
8. All merchants should remember to try using different fingers while logging in to the device and making transactions.
9. You shall not use the same biometric device in different Aeps systems or you shall not use it in more than one mobile or computer or in more than one ID.
10. ID will be closed if not working for three consecutive months. He can be AePS of any company. It rules from npci.
11. 1010,1020,1050,2070,3420, if no one picks up your ID will be blocked. In that case you will withdraw money in round figures such as 100,500,1500,2000,2500,4000,5000,5500,6000.
12. Every merchant shall provide this AePS as well as M-ATM or ATM service to the customer.
